Winter Belly Warmer

The winter belly warmer serves 3/4 people.

Literally throw it all in the slow cooker, kind of recipe.

Add carrots, onion and vegetable stock to the slow cooker.

Sear your chicken, throw that in.

Cook for 4 hours. Add rice an hour before serving. I chuck in a boil in the bag rice.

Add salt and pepper and serve with seasonal vegetables 🥕
