Vegetarian Lasagne

Ingredients

One pot sauce:

Then I blend the veg and reach this consistency, before adding in Quorn mince.

Method

Mix the milk and Butter into a paste. Then add the milk and flour - stir continuously

Add the cheese

 Put all the ingredients together in an oven-proof dish, starting with the mince at the bottom, then the lasagne sheets, and the white sauce on top. Put this in the oven for 30 Mins at 180.
