Overnight oats - as shared with you before, I am a busy single working Mum, so I want healthy quick.

Overnight oats are so easy.

Oats, vegan Yoghurt- then pop in the fridge! Add a splash of honey and your fave fruit the next day.

Egg, Avocado on toast - with HOT sauce.

Mindfulness in terms of eating is important.

Be mindful as to what you eat - sit, stop and taste!
